- After many years experience as a librarian, I operated from home supplying books to people with special interests from around the world. I then opened Rainy Day Books in the Basin in 2005. With networking contacts worldwide I can search for rare and hard to find books on your behalf. If you have a favourite author contact me and I shall find the book you are seeking. Have your name added to a "wish-list" of favourite books/authors. I regularly contact potential customers advising them of the availability of books they have shown an interest in.
